Meat: About 陆 lb per person, or 戮 lb for big eaters. For sausage, plan one link per person.
Sides: A quart serves 4 to 5, a half pan serves 12 to 15, a full pan serves 25 to 30.
Quick math: 10 guests is roughly 5 lbs of meat and 2 quarts of sides. 15 guests is 7 to 8 lbs, a half pan, and a quart.
Feeding vegetarians? We'll do pulled jackfruit on request. Just ask.

Service options
Every order is pickup or drop-off. Buffet setup and full service are added on top of a drop-off.
Pickup
$25 packaging feeCovers pans, lids, labels and serving utensils. Pick up at Foodie Labs, 515 22nd St S.
Drop-Off
$50Within 10 miles. Covers the packaging fee and delivery, so your food arrives hot in sealed, labelled pans with serving utensils. Beyond 10 miles, we'll quote it.
Buffet Setup
+$3 per person$100 minimum, added to a drop-off. Disposable chafing dishes with fuel, plates, forks, napkins, sauce cups and labels. We set it up, light it, and leave you to it.
Full Service
+$8 per person$500 service minimum, added to a drop-off, plus a $1,500 food minimum on Saturdays and Sundays ($750 Monday to Friday). Our crew stays: stainless chafers, brisket sliced fresh, the line kept full, and cleanup handled.
Need plates? Paper plates, forks and napkins are +$1 per person on any pickup or drop-off order.
Packages
Priced per person, so you can budget by headcount. Everything shows up ready to serve, with pans, serving utensils, plates, forks, and napkins. No per-pound math and no service fee on packages. Sides are packed to your headcount, 12 to 15 servings per half pan. 15 servings minimum per package.
BYO Dog
