How much should you order?
- Meat
- About ½ lb per person, or ¾ lb for big eaters. One sausage link per person.
- Sides
- A quart serves 4 to 5, a half pan serves 12 to 15, a full pan serves 25 to 30.
- Quick math
- 10 guests is roughly 5 lbs of meat and 2 quarts of sides. 15 guests is 7 to 8 lbs, a half pan, and a quart.
Packages
Everything shows up ready to serve, with pans, serving utensils, plates, forks, and napkins. No per-pound math and no service fee on packages. Sides are packed to your headcount. 15 servings minimum per package.
