Our website and app let you browse our menu, see where we’re popping up, read announcements, and order food for pickup or delivery. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

We do our best to keep menu items and prices accurate, but they can change and items can sell out. Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Pickup orders and payments are processed by Square. By placing an order you authorize the listed total to be charged. Once an order is accepted we begin preparing it, so changes or cancellations may not be possible — if something’s wrong with your order, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Delivery is provided by third-party services such as DoorDash and Uber Eats. Those orders are subject to that provider’s own terms, pricing, and fees, and delivery is handled by them, not by us.

Please use our website and app only for lawful purposes and don’t attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Our name, logo, photos, menu descriptions, and site content belong to Zee’s Barbeque. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our website and app are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law, including food-safety and consumer protections. If you have a food allergy, please let us know before ordering.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
